Pursuing his Doctorate in Psychology, Sam Roberts is the founder of Olive Branch Psychology, a family-centred clinic established in 2013. Over the past decade, he has counselled and coached thousands of executives, leaders, couples, and professionals across more than 28 nationalities, ethnicity and cultures, helping them understand the neuroscience of connection and master relational intelligence.
Through years of clinical experience and research, Sam developed the NeuroRelational Method™, a science-based framework integrating attachment theory, neuroscience, and emotional regulation to help individuals and leaders create emotional safety, resolve relational conflict, and sustain healthy connections.
He also founded SAFEConnect™, a program designed to cultivate safety in relationships — at home, at work, and within oneself — bridging the gap between psychology, leadership, and human performance.
Today, Sam continues to train and coach leaders through NeuroRelational Leadership Coaching, guiding them to build trust, regulate emotions, and lead with connection, clarity, and compassion.
